Homelessness

An increasing problem that effects residents and visitors alike. 

 

There's no excuse for a community that marginalizes its vulnerable and needy members. However the problem of homelessness is complex and difficult, and it's growing in Palm Springs. 

 

Poverty, The Unassisted Mentally Ill, and The Disenfranchised, are potent problems for communities across the nation. Palm Springs is not immune.

 

Palm Springs is a place people come to reduce stress and increase their well-being. Visitors and residents alike need an environment that fosters this in order to maintain and grow a strong economy. 

 

For us to live in a truly successful and flourishing community that has low anxiety and high morale, we must commit to ridding Palm Springs of the dysfunction and willful ignorance that costs us far more than dollars and cents.
